So here it is … the first day of a new chapter in my life.

Normally today I would be getting up having my Cuban coffee and breakfast in front of my computer while I edit a few more photos, check Facebook and emails and then hop in the shower and go to my day job.  But today it’s a new day! I still woke up and poured my coffee and yes right at this second I am sitting in front of my computer, only the difference today is that I have no day job to go to…. Photography is now my only job.

The day I gave my notice at work I was so excited and something inside made me giddy. I knew it was time to take a leap and do what I am passionate about every day! I am definitely nervous, and whether I succeed or fail I will be able to say I gave it my all.

Over the years I have had amazing love and support from my family and friends and have made so many new relationships with clients. I am so grateful and flattered and THANK YOU all!!!!

So what’s the plan from here… well it’s gonna be a busy week to start. I was super excited to have been asked to be a guest on ChefD’s new cooking show on Rogers TV and we film today!! After that I need to edit, organize and start networking and promoting…. But maybe I should clean my office first?
